:
The course will present some topics related to food safety and quality and methods of controlling biological, chemical and physical hazards in foods. Applications of the HACCP system to control food safety will also be studied. Modern sterilization and disinfection systems and pest control methods will also be studied, as well as some statistical methods related to quality control. Food will also study good manufacturing systems and standard operating methods in order to ensure the quality of food
