These standards set out the expectations in relation to the professional practice component of the Professional Diploma for Teacher Education. In order to complete the Program successfully, Student teachers need to be able to demonstrate these standards by the end of the Program.
The standards are benchmarked against teachers’ standards from a range of jurisdictions around the world including the UK, USA, NZ and Singapore as well as the 2006 Jordanian standards and their sustained experience of practice in teacher education work.
