Course Discription
:
This course examines corporate finance theory and its applications in modern corporations. the course should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of key corporate finance topics, namely, capital budgeting concepts and analysis, cost of capital, capital structure decisions, valuation of assets, long term financing, dividend policy, corporate contingent claims, and international sources of finance. Other areas of corporate finance are covered in elective, including leasing, merger and acquisitions, and working capital management. Course concepts are integrated into the standard theories of risk and return, together with market structure.
