Deals with decisions made by the treasury managers particularly those concerned with controlling the firms' provision and uses of financial resources in order to meet the firms' interests it focuses to ward the recent developments in the finance function, and a clear appreciation of the methods that led to reasonable investment decision, in addition to the financing and dividend decision.
