Students will be introduced to different methods of developmental, academic, and psychoeducational evaluation techniques that are related to gifted children and those with disabilities evaluation. Further, students will learn how to interpret evaluation results presented in evaluation report, which include written diagnosis and intervention recommendations. Students are expected to plan and implement a functional evaluation of developmental, cognitive, and academic skills. The course includes training students on developing informal evaluation tools and tests, and standardizing formal and informal tests, and developmental and educational evaluation tools. |
