:
The aim of this course is to provide students with specific strategies in assessing and diagnosis of mathematics problems exhibited by children with Disabilities. In addition, the course teaches students how to select and develop curriculum based on those needs. The course will provide students with specific strategies in teaching essential mathematics skills that include number-concept, counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, basic algebra, problem solving, and math-story problems. The course will provide students with modern and evidence-based practices in teaching different categories of children with disabilities these skills. The course includes a practical training in its contents with students with disabilities.
