The course focuses on foundations for understanding special education, and focus on children with developmental problem, including sensory and physical problems, speech and language disorder, learning disabilities, and emotional disturbance, and focuses on children with special gifts and talents, and creative children. In addition, this course discusses techniques and instruments for screening normal and special-needs children in cognitive, language, social, perceptual, and motor areas. |
