This course acquaints students and preserves teachers with information on teaching materials used with preschool children, their role in the process of teaching and learning, as it discusses the importance and characteristics of developmentally appropriate teaching materials. The course also describes how teaching materials and methods should be designed, tailored, and selected in harmony with and support of children's preschool curriculum that is being used, and the skills, knowledge, and dispositions that the preschool's program seek to instill in children. |
