The course aims to empower students and educate them in the field of smart learning environments, tools and systems by introducing them to the basic pillars of Smart Education including distance-learning environment, providing resources and content on demand, and providing learning management systems to follow students ' interaction. It also keeps track of students' attendance and delivering lectures. The course will address educational platforms and learning management systems that support intelligent learning and efficient coping mechanisms. It will also address smart devices and how to employ them to upgrade the educational process and to raise its standards. The course will also address learning styles that support smart education and take advantage of its potentials (e.g. virtual classes, Flipped learning, augmented reality and virtual reality). |
