Exploration and analysis of advanced concepts and applications in nursing leadership and management, health and nursing care management, and models of health and nursing care in the context of society and the interdisciplinary health care system. Concepts foundational to allocation of resources and utilization for leading the delivery of health and nursing care are stressed along with those concepts necessary for clinical outcomes improvement for populations as well as individuals.
