This course is designed to train students how to translate, into English, Arabic texts of various genres of discourse and of various text types. It will also draw students attention to the various linguistic difficulties facing the translator in general, by pointing out some linguistic, cultural, and semiotic differences between the two languages other than those proposed in course 1714031360. |
