This course explores the concept of sustainable development and three pillars of sustainable development, economic, environmental and social; and focuses on the basic concepts of economic development based on cost-benefit assessment and the practical application and the impact of environmental problems such as global warming. Identify the role of individuals, governments, public and private sectors and civil society organizations in activating models of sustainable development in addition to the emphasis on sustainable development issues in the Arab world. |
