This course deals with the concept of peace and its conditions from an Islamic perspective. It also explores the Islamic perspective to violence and its implications connected with attitudes, behaviors and the structural environment. It deals with the Islamic vision and the civilized Islamic approaches towards disputes’ settlement, tools, mechanisms and values that the Islamic perspective provides to dispute management through the various stages of conflicts and disputes development. |
