This course deals with the definition of International Public Law, its characteristics, resources, and persons, with the definition of the international law system and its relation to national legal systems. The course also aims to study the state within the framework of the international law system with the consequent issues such as international borders, recognition of states and governments, international responsibility, and international balance. |
