This course aims to develop and clarify general concepts related to the meaning of the group, the types of groups and how they choose to lead them, with a focus on the small group, mainly its importance, size, composition and cohesion. It also focuses on group leadership and how to make decisions within the group, clarifying the concepts of the reference group and relationships within the group, the manner in which individuals interact, and the role of leaders in managing interaction within the group. |
