Course Discription
:
The legislations and laws concerning the operations and performance of tourism establishments, as well rights and responsibilities of different stakeholders involved in tourism development. The roles, function and relationship of public and private sector on tourism are discussed in greater depth. Special attention will also be given to monitoring trend and control mechanisms that have been implemented by the government in tourism sector particularly towards tourist's safety and security, infrastructure maintenance, quality of services and consumer satisfaction
