The aim of this course is to introduce our students to learn about how to administer early learning and child care centers as well as to prepare our students for their role and responsibilities in all early childhood settings. Students should design, deliver and evaluate early childhood program as well as to learn how to manage the staff and develop them. Additionally this course includes developing students' skills in communicating with everyone around them(parents, co-workers, community and children). |
