This course introduces the general as well as specific psychological and social aspects affecting patients with physical disabilities or other diseases. It also explains methods on how to deal with patients suffering psychological issues during physical therapy treatment. This course emphasizes the importance of rehabilitation of these patients taking into consideration, family, educational and personality and illness factors. |
