This course deals with the foundations of working analytical machines, and its application in determining the concentrations of materials in medical laboratory, these include spectrophotometer, the glow optical, electrical load, insulation differential Chromatography, and radioactivity as well as to study the types of samples used in the chemistry laboratory and clinical factors affecting the concentration various substances in the blood when the use of these methods in the analysis. And study the properties of the optimal ways to be followed in the laboratory to determine the concentration of the material. The course also examines the detection method radioimmunotherapy RIA, and quality control laboratories in addition to studying the different types of methods used to measure the functions of cancers. |
