Course Discription
:
This course aims to teach essential daily communication skills, best conflict management practices, best ethical practices, and best pharmacist-patient communication practices within the society. It aims to teach students the optimum healthcare communication skills especially within a pharmacy; how to best communicate with the elderly and people with special needs to ensure the best specialized pharmaceutical services. It provides students with basic concepts on public health, the role of the pharmacy in the community and the role of the pharmacist in promoting public health.
