This course deals with medical, psychological, and social definitions of mental retardation. In addition to the prevalence, causes, assessment and diagnosis of mental retarded children. Also, this course covers their psychological, social and academic characteristics of retarded children, their programs and curricula. It also discusses trends, issues and present status of services for them in Jordan. |
