The course trains student in planning and implementing scientific research through the selection of a research topic in the field of peace and conflict studies and implementing it according to appropriate procedures. The students prepare a research project prior to the third semester of his/her study. Upon approval of his/her supervisor, the student proceeds with his/her research, analysis of results, and writhing final thesis. The student defends his/her research in the presence of an assigned examining committee. Also, the student is required to attend 3 credit hours training at one of the governmental, nongovernmental, and international organizations which are related to his/her researc |
