As Dean of the Business School, I take great pride in our unwavering dedication to fostering an engaging learning environment — one that bridges academic knowledge with real-world business experience. This has been the cornerstone of our School since its founding in 1995. Our mission is to develop graduates who are qualified, competent, and ready to compete in local and regional labor markets, while maintaining a strong commitment to continuous student engagement and skills development to support their professional journeys and set them up for success.

The Business School offers undergraduate majors in: Business Administration, Hotel Management, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Accounting and Commercial Law, Risk Management and Insurance, Financial and Banking Sciences, Economics, Financial Economics, Financial Technology (FinTech), and Digital Marketing. At the graduate level, the School offers Master's programs in: Business Administration / Production and Operations Management, Accounting and Finance, and Investment and Finance.

The Business School pursues its mission through a set of strategic priorities, most notably:

Expanding undergraduate and graduate programs to meet the evolving demands of the labor market and workforce needs. Achieving national accreditation to ensure the quality of our academic offerings. Pursuing AACSB international accreditation. Strengthening academic collaboration and building partnerships with distinguished educational and professional institutions. Deepening ties with local community organizations to bridge the gap between educational outcomes and labor market requirements. Advancing a gradual transition toward e-learning in line with quality standards in higher education.

In alignment with these strategic goals, the Business School has achieved significant milestones in recent years, reflecting its steadfast commitment to quality and institutional excellence. In 2025, the School successfully completed Phase II of the AACSB accreditation process and advanced to the third and final phase. It also completed the classification of its academic programs in coordination with the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission. On the research front, the School demonstrated outstanding scholarly activity, with over 500 peer-reviewed publications at both local and international levels. In the areas of entrepreneurship and community engagement, the School has cultivated a vibrant culture of innovation through research projects and academic events, alongside the signing of several memoranda of understanding with local and international institutions to support professional development and connect students with the job market.
