Welcome to Deanship of Academic Development and International Outreach (DADIO) at the Hashemite University. It gives me a great pleasure to provide a broad overview of DADIO. The Deanship was established in the academic year 2016/2017. In DADIO, we work in three harmonized teams: Academic Development, Accreditation & Quality Assurance and International Outreach; to ensure the quality and standards of academic programs in various disciplines, improve the global ranking of the university, and expand the cooperation and partnerships with the international universities.
The deanship sets specific objectives to develop teaching and academic standards and criteria at the university through designing both planned and ad-hoc courses and workshops, training programs; the purpose of which is to improve the overall performance of faculty members and enhance their teaching skills. Moreover, our deanship assists the university in communicating with different local, regional and international academic organizations to facilitate the task of faculty members at the university who have received and secured foreign-funded projects.
