University Security Department

Department Name: University Security Department.
Establishment: 2008 

Historical development: Previously, security tasks were assigned to the University Security Division / General Services Department, and the university relied on contracting with specialized companies to secure security personnel. In 2007 the university began to recruit university security personnel and they became affiliated with the university. In 2008, the University Security Department was established, and it currently includes three divisions: 
-- Buildings and Gates section / concerned with securing the department’s business requirements during the day’s official working hours.
- The Security and Guarding section / concerned with securing the department's business requirements during and after the end of the official working hours and holidays.
- Control and Surveillance section / concerned with securing the department's business requirements through electronic technologies (surveillance and monitoring system with cameras).
