Objectives:

As previously stated, the quality committee is formed during the kick-off meeting. This committee's responsibilities are as follows: To ensure the quality of project outcomes. To create a quality assurance and evaluation plan for all expected deliverables and milestones throughout the project's lifespan. To evaluate the outcomes of work packages by conducting various internal evaluation surveys. To evaluate the outcomes of work packages by hiring an independent third-party external evaluator. Quality assurance and evaluation plans should not be static in order to apply corrective measures as needed. When we receive feedback from the external evaluator, we may implement corrective measures.
