Strategic Plan

The Marketing Department during the period between 2022-2027 seeks to apply the following strategic plan:
•    Recruiting faculty teaching members with doctorate and master’s degrees from well-known international universities who have outstanding practical experience.
•    Sending a number of master holders in marketing or electronic training to obtain a doctorate degree in digital marketing from well-esteemed international universities.
•    Getting special accreditation for a digital marketing major.
•    The department seeks to contribute to and get the international accreditation of the “Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business” (AACSB) for the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at the Hashemite University by the end of 2025, if God wills.
•    Increasing the absorptive capacity of the bachelor's program in digital marketing.
•    Developing the study plan by adding more subjects that focus on the practical aspect in marketing.
•    The Department also seeks to publicize the bachelor's program in digital marketing to target international students, particularly those from the Arabian Gulf Region.
•    The Department further aims to encourage the participation of the teaching staff in more international academic activities, such as strengthening partnerships in international conferences and publishing research in well-esteemed international academic journals.
•    The department plans to conduct various sessions and workshops at the Department, Faculty, and University level for knowledge sharing as a part of internal development.
•    The Department aims to partner and network with the local community to contribute to the general development of the community and exchange of experience with the concerned organization by holding training workshops and training our students in their organizations.
•    The Department seeks to create a master's program in digital marketing major by the end of 2025.
