To achieve HUBD's mission we tend to accomplish the following objectives:
• Create a learning environment that:
o Enable academic and research excellence.
o Promote a balancing environment of business theories implementation and business practices.
o Develop and enhance students’ abilities in creativity and constructive thinking.
o Encourage a strong sense of integrity and honesty in dealing with others, and respect their rights, acknowledge differences and preserve dignity.
• Select and recruit qualified faculty members and administrative staff, who will support our HUBD's progression and mission.
• Support the HUBD faculty members' on-going career development through providing the required resources and training to achieve academic and research excellence.
