Students Learning Outcomes (SLOs)


1.    Describe and understand the fundamental components, principles, and ethical and legal issues of information systems/technology in the business environment.
2.    Develop programming capabilities needed to define the problem, design a solution (algorithm), and implement the solution (program) using computer programming languages 
3.    Use the latest technologies and tools to achieve organizational goals.
4.    Understand and analyze organization problems and/or opportunities to design, develop, and implement information systems to support decision-making and problem-solving.
5.    Demonstrate database solutions development skills: analysis, design, implementation, backup, maintenance, routing, and application development.
6.    Demonstrate the skills of communication within IT and/or business teams, critical thinking and analysis to achieve the best management decisions.
