Our department currently includes six faculty members from holders of doctorate and one master degree holder in different fields of nutrition and food sciences, in addition to, two laboratory technicians. During the last 3 years five of our faculty members achieved a job promotion; three as professors. More than 10 research have been published by our faculty members - in the last 2 years - and all in high quality journals. Moreover, two of our faculty members recognized among the most highly cited Jordanian researchers.
