In 2011, The Industrial Engineering BSc Program in the Engineering Faculty got the approval for the special accreditation by the Higher Ministry of Jordan. The new plan became 160 credit hours to provide a balance between the theoretical and experimental courses.

The Industrial Engineering (B.Sc.) program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, https:https://www.abet.org, under the General Criteria and the Program Criteria for Industrial and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.
