The Department of Allied Humanities offers many electives and optional or required courses across a wide range of disciplines and to all university students. Because of its service-oriented nature, this department does not offer academic degrees. Rather, it allows students to meet degree requirements in their study plans. One essential feature of this department is the changing nature of its course offerings to meet students' needs as well as institutional, national, and regional demands and challenges. Among the courses we are now offering are conflict resolution and accepting the other, ethics and human values, cultural heritage in Jordan, and leadership and education. Moreover, we continue to offer our established courses like study skills, family values and child rearing, national education, military sciences, ...etc. It is our mission to equip our students with the basic skills of communication and interaction necessary to any college student. ....
