The Department of Industrial Engineering was established in the academic year 1999/2000 with the aim of meeting the needs of the local and Arab markets for highly competent engineers. Industrial engineering is a fundamental and vital specialization in the field of engineering at universities, whether public or private. Our department currently comprises seventeen faculty members who specialize in various fields of industrial engineering. We take pride in equipping a range of laboratories with the latest technologies and devices, managed by a team of skilled engineers, to ensure the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical experiments.

Our programs in industrial engineering aim to prepare well-rounded graduates in both theoretical and practical aspects. We continuously work on developing our curricula and teaching methods to ensure their compliance with the accreditation standards. Additionally, we offer graduate programs that qualify graduates to engage in the fields of maintenance management, risk management, and crisis management.
