The course includes translating texts from daily as well as weekly newspapers, magazines, T.V interviews, Radio programs and online material. Texts also cover cinematic criticism and reports by news correspondents. The significance of such texts lies in fostering students' lexical repertoire as they abound with the lexical items and terminology of the field. The whole process develops students' awareness and qualifies them to handle similar texts in the future. Texts will be translated from English into Arabic and vice versa to meet the urgent demand for such training. |
