This course aims to examine the administration as a tool of educational, political, economic, technical and social nature in the development of human resources. The course deals with planning and change in the educational environment and its relationship with the local community. In addition to strategic planning and its methods in human resources development, and the internal and external environment and determine the methods and theories of decision-making and the relationship between development of human resources and planning, and finally community participation and its role in educational planning, educational plans and their interrelationship with national plans. |
