Course Discription : Physical, psychological, mental, emotional, social and economical aspects that affect women health care during antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum stages are stressed out all over stages of the course . Also, this course emphasize on the health assessment and health maintenance of the woman and the newborn. Students also are introduced to birth spacing and fetal development. Issues related to maternal-child health and reproductive care in Jordan also will be discussed.
