Course Discription : This course will focus on nutrition as a science that integrates biochemistry from the cellular level through the integration and regulation of metabolism in the whole organism. Also, it will focus on the understanding of the metabolism of the macronutrients and micronutrients in the body and how it relates to optimal health.
