Binary vision systems, grey scale and color vision systems, 3-D vision geometry of image formation, recognizing 3D objects from models, image perception; image sampling and quantization; image transforms; image representation, enhancement, filtering, restoration, and segmentation; image analysis and computer vision; image reconstruction from projections; image compression; edge detection; region extraction and representation; pattern recognition; fundamental issues and techniques of computer vision. Demonstrate a simple application of computer vision technology in a computer engineering context. |
