This course introduces the application of engineering and management control techniques to construction projects in order to satisfy project objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality. Network presentation and calculations, the role of networks and bar-charts in project planning, monitoring leadership in project management, project resources management, value engineering and project life cycle, and construction process optimization. |
