Metal-carbon bond, organometallic compounds of the main-group elements with the emphases on the organic compounds of lithium, magnesium, boron, aluminum, silicon, and tin. Organometallic compounds of transition metals. Carbonyls, olefinic complexes, allylic complexes, butadiene complexes,?5–cyclopentadienyl complexes, ?6– complexes of benzene organometallic compounds derived from acetylene. Catalysis by organometallic compounds.
