:
The course is an advanced writing course focusing on the intersection of literature and rhetorical studies to discover the rhetoric of a particular genre, sub-genre or theme. Although the subject matter is literature, the course’s main concern is writing about literature. The course aims to improve the analytical writing of students. It also enhances understanding and effective manners of persuasion in dealing with literary texts.
