This course aims to discuss the practical application of the basic methods used in the laboratory identification of sugars, proteins, and lipids. in addition to their methods of analysis in vitro and in biological specimens such as blood and urine and to study different enzymatic reactions and their analysis methods and applications. Gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) for protein isolation is also studied.
