Course Discription
:
Be able to master the theory and concepts of AM modulation and over-modulation, understand and master the time-domain and frequency-domain relations for Nonlinear Devices (NLD), and analyze NLD devices using Taylor series expansion while applying this concept in different applications. Also be able to analyze power amplifiers and distinguish between their different types (Class A, Class B, and Class AB), and know the concept of the Class E amplifier, how it can be used to generate an oscillating signal for different applications, and how to analyze it mathematically.
