This course seeks to teach the students about legal status of building contracts among other building construction documents such as construction drawings, specifications and quantities tables, focus of interrelations between clients, contractors, and engineer and responsibilities of each party. In addition, some aspects of construction management directly relevant to legal systems in the Jordan and Middle East. |
