This course deals with the curricula and methods used for special needs children in preschool stage. It concentrates on the examination of the inclusive classroom, including understanding inclusive settings, functions, roles, and responsibilities. It also focuses on understanding the diverse educational strengths and needs of all students including those with special needs. The course covers developing inclusive environment using cooperative learning and adapting of the socio-emotional, instructional environment and evaluation and grading to meet all students' needs. |
